Let’s Collaborate

OUR MISSION

Our goal is to significantly enhance our clients' lives through outstanding and creative designs that are more than just visually pleasing. We truly believe that well-designed spaces can inspire the people who live in them and reflect their true selves and unique lifestyles. By capturing their essence, we aim to create vibrant environments that connect with their individuality and personal narratives. In our quest for excellence, we partner with top-notch artisans from around the world as well as our beloved local community, handpicking one-of-a-kind pieces and settings that add character to every project. Each project we undertake transforms into a peaceful haven filled with dreams, representing what a real home should feel like. For us, design is a deep commitment to self, creating spaces that promote renewal, refreshment, and a genuine sense of belonging.

Step into this charming and diverse NYC apartment tour led by interior designer Peti Lau, celebrated for her richly layered, globally inspired environments. This former all-white high-rise has been reinvented into a textural haven, adorned with velvet touches, peacock feather walls, and striking design elements that evoke a sense of home.

In this transformation of a New York City apartment, Peti harmonizes global design, vibrant colors, and comfort, crafting a space that exudes both elegance and warmth. If you appreciate interiors brimming with character, texture, and narrative — this tour is sure to captivate you.

THE PROCESS

1. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ASPIRATIONS - Programming - We'll dive into your goals, get a feel for your lifestyle, ask plenty of questions, and really pay attention to what you envision. We’ll chat about what you love and what you don't, check out idea books and inspiration images, take stock of any existing furniture you might want to keep, and fine-tune the project details and budget.

2. DESIGNING A FUNCTIONAL SPACE - Schematic Design - We’ll whip up materials and finishes, lighting, and furniture layouts for your new area, presenting various arrangement options to make sure we nail down the function, flow, and how the rooms connect. If you don’t have architectural plans, we’ll measure your space on-site. We’ll also take inventory of your current furniture, art, and accessories that can be blended into the new design.

3. FINDING, SPECIFYING, AND SHOPPING - Design Development - We'll tap into our network of vendors, artisans, and manufacturers to find the perfect pieces that fit your budget, timeline, and practical needs. If needed, we’ll also whip up drawings for any custom furniture or cabinetry. Once we finalize your choices, you’ll get access to an online portal where you can check out images and details for each item. You can leave comments and see pricing right there.

4. Turning Dreams into Reality- Project Administration and Project Management - In this stage, we kick off the purchasing process. All items you've approved will be invoiced, and after placing the orders, we’ll manage all the details until everything arrives at your doorstep.

5. The Big Reveal - Receiving & Installing - Every item, from fixtures to furniture, that we buy for you will be sent to a nearby receiving warehouse or contractor. This way, we can check each piece for quality and fix any damage before it makes its way to your home. Once everything is in, we’ll arrange for a smooth, white-glove delivery and oversee specialized setups like carpets, built-ins, window treatments, and artwork installations. When the project wraps up, you’ll get a Project Book along with a Care Guide to keep everything in top shape.
